Hungry for more food-related content at SXSW? So were we! Enter stage, SouthBites. In-line with the key SXSW Interactive principles of creativity, community and innovation, SouthBites is the newest component to the SXSW Interactive Conference and Festival, and our mission is to showcase a community of innovators through the lens of food.
SouthBites creates a platform for food enthusiasts to meet, exchange ideas and explore ways in which technology can be leveraged to transform the food industry. SouthBites sessions and events will take place Saturday, March 14 through Monday, March 16 and is open to Interactive, Gold and Platinum registrants. Featured Speaker David Chang, chef and founder of Momofuku, will kick things off on Saturday and set the bar high for the remainder of the conference. Highlighting speakers from different disciplines within the food industry, we will bring to the table unique discourse on innovations in food.
